ABOUT
I am an HCPC, AHPRA and BPS registered chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist. I have specialist training in neurodiversity, trauma and addictions. I am an expert witness and Clinical Associate of the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. I am passionate about supporting human rights charities, such as the Helen Bamber Foundation.
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow, an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology (with Distinction) from Newcastle University and an MA (hons) in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.

Utilising evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Narrative Exposure Therapy, I am committed to supporting clients to improve their wellbeing and meet their goals in life. I am dedicated to the provision of the highest standard of psychological care and approaching sessions and conversations with the greatest empathy and respect for clients. As an expert in Psychology I have represented the NHS on ITV news and BBC radio shows.
